Since its creation, PJD's actions are mainly aimed at Teenagers and young people who represent its core target. This is due to the fact that it is a transversal target which is disseminated in all the others, that it is a dynamic target and mainly exposed to risk. However, beyond its major target, the organization has identified children, young girls, women and the elderly as among the most venerable strata. Furthermore, in order to carry out advocacy and address the specific issues of its disadvantaged populations, PJD works closely with decision-makers, the media and local authorities.
