The implementation by management of strategies to improve efficiency in order to significantly transform the organization. The objective is to respond to the specific challenge of building a strong local civil society capable of responding to the various challenges of a society in drift and technological change.

Organizational transformation policies have taken many forms, including:



  1. Organizational restructuring such as change of premises, reduction of expenses, department consolidation and reassignment of responsibilities.

  2. Skills development through investment in training and skills development of staff to improve their performance and contribution to the organization.

  3. The implementation of new technologies to improve the organization's processes and operations.

  4. Outsourcing certain operational activities to community-based organizations (CBOs) to improve efficiency, reduce costs and empower civil society members.



These successfully designed and implemented policies have helped the organization stay competitive and thrive in an ever-changing social environment.
