Effective Communication at the Heart of Engagement: An Enlightening Workshop with the Peace Corps

From April 16th to 21st, the Presse Jeune Développement (PJD) team participated in an enriching workshop on communication techniques, graciously organized by Peace Corps Cameroon. The workshop focused on three main communication styles: passive, aggressive, and effective, with a special emphasis on the latter which advocates for empathy and respect.

The discussions and practical exercises during the workshop opened new perspectives on the importance of harmonious and inclusive communication, which is essential in our daily interactions and development efforts.
